Registration Price (cost of conference pass for Urbana):

This is the cost of your conference pass (ticket to Urbana sessions). You will arrange your own housing. (Note that you will not be able to receive scholarship funds for housing if you choose this option.)
This is the cost of your Urbana Conference pass and housing at The Renaissance Phoenix Downtown for 4 nights (Dec 28-Jan 1), assuming 2 people to a room. *Note: you will have a chance to request roommates at the bottom of this form. Keep in mind that roommates will be assigned according to your preferences ONLY if they select the same double or quadruple occupancy per hotel room as you. That means that if you want to room with someone, make sure that they select the same double or quadruple occupancy.
